Leadership Profiling: we are currently researching and developing resources for generating Leadership Profiles based on Action Centred Leadership. The following products are available:

Team Leader Profiling: this profiling tool establishes how balanced your are are a leader overall and with respect to six team leadership functions: defining the task, planning, controlling, supporting, setting an example and reviewing. Download "Further details and an example profile".

Leadership Exercises: as an Adair Accredited Trainer you can buy licences to run tried and tested Adair Leadership Exercises. These will be available from 2008 onwards.

Sell your Own Training Resources: if you have developed your own training resources based on the work of John Adair we can provide you with the opportunity to make them available to other Adair Accredited Trainers. We review all reasonable resources submitted to Adair Leadership Development for evaluation. If we conclude that your materials may be of interest to Adair Leadership Development, or other Accredited Trainers, we will test them at least once on a Foundation course, for which you will receive a small fee. If they prove successful, we will then negotiate an agreement for using this resource on Foundation courses or for selling this resource to other Accredited Trainers.
