The
uses of John Adair's Intellectual Property Rights
In today's world intellectual property rights (IPR) are
an important business asset. John Adair's primary aims
are to preserve and maintain the quality of the work done
in his name, and to promote his practical philosophy at
a global level. Sometimes users are confused about what
legally (and ethically) they can or cannot do with John's
IPR. Here are some guidelines:
• In an education context (school, college, university)
John Adair's work can be expounded, written about, discussed
and criticized according to the normal academic conventions,
that is with proper attribution.
• If you are currently using Adair Leadership Principles
in your training programmes using the Adair name or any
of the trade marks you will NEED to be Accredited and Licensed
to continue.
