Purpose and Aims:
The purpose of Adair Leadership is to develop good leaders and
leaders for good throughout the world. Its more specific aims
are: |

promote the effective use of the Three Circles Model TM in training
and development.
• To make available a range of authoritative
books, products, training resources and services.
• To provide an accreditation system for
qualified trainers, consultants and coaches who seek an association
with John Adair's work.
• To offer directly or indirectly both open
and in-house programmes for strategic, operational and team leaders.
• To establish and maintain guidelines for
those wanting to use John Adair's intellectual property in a
moral way. |
